Alterations and Upgrading Works to Regency Ward

 

£220k of works to the twenty bedroom Mental Health Ward was completed in just seven weeks, whilst patients were re-located in temporary accommodation.

 

The contract included structural alterations to re-model communal areas and staff offices, as well as upgrading each bedroom to provide improved anti-ligature protection for the patient’s wellbeing, as well as improved accommodation.

 

Trades included demolitions and structural alterations, suspended ceilings, plasterworks, mechanical, electrical, joinery, decorations and floor finishes. The project was completed on time and to the entire satisfaction of the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
